The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 254 of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine" (re Enactment of the Court Judgment)

The Law corrects deficiencies in the text of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine as to enactment of the judgment of the court of primary jurisdiction in the administrative legal proceedings.

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 7337.
